!!!!NONE OF MY CREATIONS CAN BE ADDED TO CD's !!!!

None of my creations can be resold as "As Is" or "Commercially"

  • You may not, at anytime, share or give out your user name and password to anyone. If you do, you will be banned from my site and will not get a refund.

  • Do not take any pixels, or other graphics from this site and claim to have made them yourself. All graphics on this site are protected by copyright laws.

  • You can not change or copy any of my outlines/lineart and claim it as your own. You may add things but you can not take away any part of my outlines/lineart.

  • Do not edit any of my pixel creations (meaning, outlines or premades) in any way. That includes re-coloring, removing parts, or changing the size of the pixel, Unless I give you permission. But all credit still goes back to me.
  • Do not give out any of my outlines/lineart to others.
  • You are welcome to adopt the pixel creations on the 'Free Eggs' page. If you do adopt a pixel from this page, you must provide a link back to my site.
  • These pixel outlines are not to be used for drag & drops. So Please do not create any makers that use any of my pixels.
  • I thank everyone that wishes to trade memberships with me. I will consider your offer. Must be of equal value!!.. Or close to.

Tubing

  • If you would like to tube your finished work from my outlines you may, for you own Personal Use. But if you want to make tubes for your members site you must purchase a tubing license in addition to, paying for a membership. write I completely agree with the terms in the welcome email. A tubing license cost $20.00.

  •  

  • "As is Licenses" are not permitted to be sold with any of my creations. Members will not be able to take the tubes they made and sell them with As Is Licenses for others to put in their own membership areas as they are. This is not permissible with my creations.

 

Tutorials

Terms

  • Please do not edit any of our tutorials in any way. Do not upload any of them to your site and claim as your own. You may not download them to pass around in email, forums or any groups.
  • Should you use any of these tutorials you must link back to Once Upon A Pixel.

 

Refunds:

There are no refunds.

It is required that you put up my members logo on your site.

  • Vous ne pouvez pas  partager ou donner  votre nom et mot de passe d'utilisateur à n'importe qui et en aucun temp. Si  vous le faisez, vous serez interdit de mon emplacement et vous n'obtiendrez pas un remboursement.

  • Ne prenez pas aucun Pixel, ou d'autres graphiques de ces emplacement et déclaré pour les avoir faits vous-même. Tous les graphiques sur cet emplacement sont protégés par des lois de copyright.

  • Vous ne pouvez pas changer ou copier aucun de mes outlines/lineart et le réclamer en tant que vos propres. Vous pouvez ajouter des choses mais vous ne pouvez pas enlevez aucune partie de mes outlines/lineart.

  • N'éditez aucune de mes créations de Pixel (qui veux dire, des contours  ou des premades ) de quelque façon. Cela inclut la re-coloration, enlevant des pièces, ou changeant la taille du Pixel, à moins que je vous donne la permission. Mais tout le degré de solvabilité va toujours de nouveau à moi.

  • Ne donnez hors d'aucun de mon outlines/lineart à d'autres.

  • Vous êtes bienvenu pour adopter les créations de Pixel 'à la page des oeufs libres. Si vous adoptez un Pixel de cette page, vous devez fournir un lien de nouveau à mon emplacement.
